I will keep this brief, as there is plenty of time to talk about this upcoming rematch between Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito. It is a much anticipated rematch as it will be an opportunity for Margarito to somewhat clear his name for his infamous hand-wraps he was caught with in his fight against Shane Mosely. Although there has been no proof or evidence that Margarito’s gloves were loaded in his first bout against Cotto, many still wonder if the Las Vegas boxing commission slipped up and allowed the Tornado to fight Cotto with heavy hands. Nonetheless, this fight will, at the least, clear up any questions, regardless of the outcome. It is a fight to set the record straight. Weight difference, new trainers, and change of fight location are some of the new factors that will ultimately affect impact the outcome of this much anticipated fight. The question is, does Margarito have what it takes to bounce back from the beating he took against Manny Pacquiao? And will Cotto bring the confidence he’s gained from his last two wins? One thing is for sure, Margarito has already stated  his confidence in his own power and has questioned Cotto’s power at 152 pounds.
